My boyfriend was horrified that they only offered two kinds of beers in the entire hotel. It would be really great if the hotel would put a very obvious sign up saying "if you plan to leave your sunbed for more then an hour please remove your things so that other guests may enjoy" or something to that effect. The other frustrating thing is that people were allowed to put their towels and belongings on the four sun beds by the pool, be gone for hours leaving the bed unused, but because they had staked it out already, no one else could use it. Again, the upstairs deck is gorgeous, yet completely understaffed and I don't understand why. But clearly they are understaffed in that respect. Every time we were eventually able to reach someone within 15 to 20 minutes. Numerous times we would call to the fronts desk or the room service line and no one would answer. Possibly it was the time of year we were there - early February.
